     Similar to a SPC but holds a leadership role, often leading a fire team or overseeing vehicle crew operations.

     Experienced junior enlisted soldiers, often serving as vehicle gunners, dismount team leaders, or junior maintainers.

     New soldiers learning their role in the team. Typically serve as riflemen, drivers, or loaders on a Stryker vehicle.
